How long have you photographed weddings?

It’s hard to believe but I’ve been photographing weddings for 16 years! I began photographing weddings in 2004 while attending college at Pennsylvania College of Art & Design for my Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Photography.

How would you describe your photography and editing style?

My work reflects my love of natural light. When possible, I capture warm, glowing images with backlight. I want you to feel something powerful when viewing the finished product. My photographs are colorful, classic, full of light and built on the basis of film, since that’s where my love of photography started.

Do you travel outside of Central Pennsylvania for weddings?

Yes, we love photographing weddings and we will follow you anywhere – we keep our passports updated and ready for more stamps from destination weddings! Currently, we offer wedding coverage with no additional travel fees in Central Pennsylvania and within the Delaware Beaches areaIf you are looking to schedule outside of these regions or want to slip away for a destination wedding, we would be happy to accommodate your needs and discuss any travel fees that would apply.

Can you pencil us in and save a date for us?

Without a signed contract and a retainer we can’t hold any dates. We are sorry but we book dates on a first come, first serve basis to ensure we are being fair to all clients.

Are you available and when should we book your services?

Email or call 717-503-6312 to confirm availability. If we are available, we encourage you to either make an appointment to meet, or you can skip directly to booking. We highly suggest booking our services as soon as possible to ensure you secure your wedding date. Since we cannot ‘hold’ dates or ‘pencil you in,’ dates are booked on a first come, first serve basis. Most clients complete a contract within a year of their wedding date, some as late as two months prior pending availability.

How much is the booking fee/retainer? When is the final payment due?

Our retainer amount is 25% of your selected wedding package in addition to a signed contract. These items will hold the date exclusively for you. In simple terms, once you book us, we stop letting other brides know that we have availability on that date, we provide them other referrals to help them in their search and lock your date into our schedule. The final balance is due 30 days prior to the wedding day. Payment for overtime, album upgrades or additional products beyond your wedding package are all due post-wedding.

What is the average investment?

Most of our clients invest between $2,550-$3,500. Every couple’s big day looks a little different and we help individualize your investment based on your wants and needs. We will walk you through what works best for your budget, timeline, venue and the day of event photo details. Each wedding collection contains:

  • Tips and recommendations
  • Timeline construction
  • Two photographers
  • Digital high resolution files
  • Eight hours of coverage
  • Full printing rights
  • Worry-free day of coverage
Do you help plan our wedding day timeline?

Yes, planning your big day can be one of the most stressful parts of the entire wedding planning process. We will provide suggestions to help make your wedding day run as smooth and stress-free as possible, and to ensure enough time is allotted to capture photos similar to the wedding galleries on the website.

Will you help us ‘pose’ if we are uncomfortable with taking photos?

We know how nerve-racking it can be to have your photo taken and we will guide you through everything to help make sure you look and feel as comfortable as possible! We will keep you laughing and smiling, your cheeks might even hurt from all of the laughter! Just be yourselves and we will take care of the rest!

Do you have insurance?

Yes, most definitely! We are fully insured and we are able to provide a certificate of insurance for your venue if necessary.

Do you photograph with a second shooter?

Yes, all of our collection options include a second photographer. A second shooter allows us to provide you with the best possible service. We're your wedding day dream team – we’ll keep you on schedule and offer an extra pair of hands to help carry your beautiful dress!

Will you be the lead photographer for our special day?

Absolutely, I will be there coordinating everything from behind the camera! I pour my heart into my work and I value my clients and the trust that they instill in me to capture their happily ever after.

How long does it take to receive our wedding photos?

After your wedding, you will receive a preview of snapshot sneak peeks. The entire digital photo gallery will be finalized and available within two months after your event.

How many pictures will we receive from our wedding?

Final image count depends on a few factors – how many hours of coverage; were guests busy on the dance floor or did they sit during the reception? A good estimate for a typical event is usually 75 photos per hour of coverage, this figure is dependent on your special day’s festivities. Once we find out more about your event’s details, we can provide you with a better estimate.

Do we receive printing rights to our photographs?

Yes, you will receive full rights to print and share all of your images. Wedding packages include edited digital files without watermarks with a print release form for printing accessibility. To guarantee best photo quality and color, we advise ordering through a reputable professional-quality lab, if interested in professional grade printed photos, we can assist with ordering through our supplier. Please keep in mind that print quality varies from store to store, to avoid low quality printed photos we do not recommend printing your photos at big-box chain stores.
